Barely 30, Adam is an easy speaker for students to relate to, and his years of experience as a tour guide sharpened his skills as an engaging speaker. He often
relates an important lesson he learned from a speaker who came to his
school on career day: an old guy whose career, as Adam remembers it,
was BEING an old guy, told the group, "I don't care what your grades are like, if all you know is what you learn in school, you're stupid." Adam repeats this lesson, and encourages the students to
"go out and be smart."
